브라이언 덕슨(Brian Doerksen)은 캐나다 출신의 예배인도자로 15년 동안 빈야드교회의 대표적인 예배인도자로서 사역해 온 인물이다. ‘나의 마음을 정금과 같이(Refiner's fire)', 'Come, 주께 예배드리세(Come, now is the time to worship)', '신실한 나의 하나님(Faithful One)' 등 친밀함의 영성가운데 하나님의 신실하심을 노래하는 곡들을 썼고, 제작자이자 멘토로서 브렌턴 브라운, 캐서린 스캇 등 영국 빈야드교회의 젊은 예배인도자들을 키워내었다. 2001년을 끝으로 빈야드를 떠나 홀로서기를 시작한 덕슨은 고향에 근거를 두고 독자적으로 사역을 이어가며 평생의 과업인 뮤지컬 [Father's House]을 준비해가고 있다
